Privacy Policy

The Last Spark is developed by Nika Topuria ("we", "us"). This policy explains the limited information processed when you use the game.

Information stored on your device

The game stores settings and progress locally, including scores, Archive progress, unlocked and selected forms, Daily state, and compatible best-run Echoes. This information is used to operate the game and is not uploaded to a developer-owned account or backend. Removing the app removes this local data, subject to normal device backup behavior.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand whether the game is clear, stable, and enjoyable. The app records product-interaction events such as run starts and ends, score and duration, restart timing, gate entry outcomes, Daily or Endless mode, share-sheet opening, Collection views, and purchase attempts and results.

Firebase may also process app and device information needed to provide analytics, such as an app-installation identifier, device model, operating system and app version, language, approximate region derived from network information, and event timestamps. We do not send names, email addresses, contacts, precise location, photos, microphone recordings, or free-form user content to Firebase.

Analytics is used only to measure product interaction and improve the game. The app does not display advertising, does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA), and does not use analytics data to track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Analytics data is retained for 2 months, per the Firebase project's data retention setting.

Google processes Firebase data under its applicable terms and privacy documentation. See firebase.google.com/support/privacy.

Game Center

If you use Game Center, Apple processes your player identity, authentication, leaderboard scores, and related Game Center information under Apple's privacy policy. Game Center is optional; failure or refusal to authenticate does not block normal gameplay.

Purchases

The game offers two appearance-only Forms (Vesper and Choir) as one-time purchases, alongside four Forms earned through play. Purchases and restoration are processed by Apple through StoreKit. We receive verified entitlement status needed to unlock the purchased Form. We do not receive or store your payment-card details. Forms never alter gameplay rules, timing, hitboxes, or score.

Children

The game contains no user-generated content, no social or messaging features, and no behavioral advertising, and does not knowingly request names, contact information, or precise location from anyone, including children. It is not directed to children under 13. If Apple's age rating for this app is later set to a "Made for Kids" designation, this policy will be revised to add the additional disclosures that designation requires.

Your choices

You can:

• Disable sound, music, and haptics in the game.
• Decline or sign out of Game Center in system settings.
• Avoid optional purchases.
• Remove local game data by deleting the app.

Changes

We may update this policy when the game or its service providers change. The effective date above will identify the latest version.
